TROPICAL STORM FAY FORECAST

Invest 98L will become Tropical Storm Fay tomorrow as it continues to spin over warm waters off the North Carolina coastline. Based on the water temperatures where the low is now, and along it's projected path, Invest 98L, what should become Fay will likely become a 50-60 MPH Tropical Storm, though 65 MPH is not out of the question, even though most of the models are not expecting it, the conditions are favorable.
