Vault Vortex

Vault Vortex

Album of electronic music inspired by early 1980s artists such as Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, Jean Michele Jarre, Synergy and others. Created using what I refer to as "hybrid music" for an definition of what hybrid music is, click here:    • AI/Human Hybrid Music - What Is It?   Tangerine Dream is alive and well, though the members in the band during the time I attempted to mimic are not, specifically Edgar Froese, Chris Franke, Johanes Schmoelling, but also Peter Baumann, are not. But I have great respect for Thorsten Quaeschning, Hoshiko Yamane and Paul Frick, who lead TD today. Please check out their website, or see them live! Also to Jean Michel Jarre, Larry Fast, and others, as well as the late Klaus Schulze, Vangelis, and too many more we've lost. The albums that most inspired this were Tangerine Dream's soundtrack to Michael Mann's iconic film, Thief, and Exit. The software synthesizers used in these tracks were U-he Zebra, Dune, Omnisphere, Predator, CS-80v, and at times Kontakt. "Seeds" were created in Apple Logic. The AI uses was mostly Suno, and Riffusion. The outputs were edited and interpolated in Logic and Adobe Audition. Visit https://www.philandersonmusic.com for more.
