Ensure the bean hopper is full of fresh coffee beans to maximise flavour potential. 2. Select the “Cold espresso” option on your machine menu. 3. Grind your beans into the portafilter. 4. Perform a pre-purge, to cool and optimise your machine water temperature. 5. Place the portafilter into the group head and a glass with ice underneath. 6. Brew a shot of double espresso and enjoy!
