A quick first taste of Wreckfest 2, and wow — this already feels like a big step up from the original! I haven’t had a ton of time with the Early Access build yet, so I won’t dive too deep into performance or polish just yet, but what I can say is that the feel of this game is already spot-on. It’s fast, brutal, and so much fun. The physics feel fantastic — the weight and impact of the cars is better than ever, and the damage modeling looks stunning, especially at speed. There’s a real sense of grit and chaos again, but with an extra layer of finesse and smoothness. I was a huge fan of the original Wreckfest (back when it was Next Car Game) and played it on both PC and Xbox. This sequel looks to take everything up a notch.
