Dive into the creative world at Tech3Innovation! 🌟Visit: https://tech3innovation.com ! 🎬 Intro: (0:00) 🔥 Filipino Spicy Tuna Salad (Kinilaw nga Tuna): (0:30) 🔚 Outro: (5:42) Indulge in the flavors of Filipino cuisine with our mouthwatering recipe for Kinilaw na Tuna! 🇵🇭 Ingredients: ~3/4lbs Raw Tuna Fish 1/2 Large or 3/4 Small Onion 1/2 Cucumber ~1/8 Ginger Root 1 Lemon 1-4 Thai Red Chili Peppers (optional: if you don't like spicy, 0 is fine) 1-2tsp White sugar (used to balance salty/sweet taste) 2oz Choice Vinegar [Spiced Coconut (recommended), Apple Cider or White] 1oz White Vinegar Salt & Pepper (to taste) Instructions: 🐟 Dice Tuna Fish into bite-sized chunks (set aside separately). 🧅 Peel & chop half of a large onion or about 3/4 of a small onion. 🥒 Peel 1/2 of a cucumber; then cut end to end in fourths before slicing out triangles as seen in the video. 🧄 Peel and dice ginger root. 🍋 Cut the lemon in half to prepare for juicing. 💦 Wash tuna with vinegar, salt, and half of lemon juice to release the overly fishy taste and smell. Let tuna soak in the mixture for about 1-2 minutes. 🌶️ Chop the optional Thai chili peppers while the tuna soaks. 🍽️ Squeeze all of the juice out of the tuna and transfer tuna to a clean/dry serving dish. 🥗 Add onion, ginger, and Thai chili peppers to tuna and mix together. 🥒 Top with Cucumber and mix. 🌶️ Add pepper, 2oz (of chosen) vinegar, white vinegar, salt, the second half of lemon, and sugar. 🥄 Mix all ingredients together ensuring they all soak in the juices. ❄️ Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or enjoy right away.
