Homemade Valentine's Day Mini Cake Decorating Ideas❤Awesome cake recipe
In this video you can learn how to make and decorate the cutest Valentine's Day mini-cakes at home. I show you step by step how to make the cake using my Awesome cake recipe. I make a Peppermint ganache and put it in between my Vanilla cakes. Peppermint ganache gives the cake a fresh taste, but be careful not to put too much Peppermint in, otherwise the Ganache will be too strong in taste. I get 44 mini-cakes from this recipe. I make a lovely dough from the leftover cake, which I use to decorate the mini-cakes. I also decorate a rose made of modeling chocolate and at the end of the video I show how to make the rose. The mini-cakes can be frozen, both before you cover them with chocolate and after they are finished decorating, they just need to be packed in an airtight box. On Valentine's Day, that special someone needs to be pampered and a box of Valentine's Day mini cakes will definitely bring great joy.
