GROWING TOGETHER SUBURBAN FAMILY HOME ~ Sims 4 Early Access Speed Build (No CC)

Thank you to the EA Creator Network for the early access! Today I'm building with the brand new Growing Together Expansion Pack which comes out this Thursday! This build is a suburban family home using only the Base Game and the new pack. I built in the new world San Sequoia and the neighbourhood is Hopewell Hills. It is perfect for a family of 4 who is growing their family and expecting another child! It has a messy living room and a large backyard with a treehouse for the kids.
