Threaded a Criterion 30-06 barrel, switched out the gas regulator for an adjustable one, and mounted a hybrid 46 suppressor on it in case the threads were not concentric. Even on the lowest gas setting possible for it to still run reliably the gun still off gassed quite a bit, hence me holding the rifle higher on my shoulder to keep it from burning anymore of my hair off. Ran reliably with no noticeable damage to the op-rod, recoil was reduced pretty greatly, and if it wasn't an indoor range it is definitively hearing safe.
