On the morning of the third day of the Chittirai (April-May) Brahmotsavam, the Lord is seen in a procession on the Garuda vehicle. Features of Garuda Seva: Time: During the days of Chittirai Brahmotsavam, usually on the morning of the 3rd day. Festival: Sri Parthasarathi Perumal (Venkatakrishnar) is presented to the devotees on the streets of Mada with great decoration on the Garuda vahanam. Significance: It is considered very auspicious to witness Garuda Seva in the divine city of Tiruvallikeni.
