First time sparring in 1-3 months and this is the 4th round against Christian, the first three rounds were against rock which I sadly forgot to record but I did ight, my footwork was a lil rusty, still need to work on head movement and partying but my wind was surprisingly good for not going to the gym in so long, 3-5 rounds of jump rope, sparred 4 rounds, speed bag for 3 rounds then did 7 hill sprints the most consistent I be the better I’ll get, as soon as I can drive myself I’ll be at the gym 3-4 times a week maybe more if I got a lotta free time on my hands but rn I’ll get what I can and do my road work when I can’t make it to the gym
