You can watch the video to get most of the jist on how to do this but here it is in writing form: Part 1 - Beginning and Conference Room: Ok on the left a guy will come out of the bathroom. Some people choose to kill them, I just run past him and let my allies take him out (though they do miss sometimes and he either kills you or badly damages you, but since you only get a minute and its at the very beginning its an acceptable risk). Run into the conference room door on the left and immediately take down the guy standing in the doorway (Doing this using fewer then 7 or 8 bullets makes your chances of survuving the next part while maintaining your speed alot easier). After killing him, you will see guys rush in behind where he was. Throw a flashbang straight through the door so it lands behind the seats and get behind the open door on the right. Part 2 - First Room With Seats: Your flashbang just went off blinding anyone in the room (though very often someone is somehow not blinded and you die). This part more then others requires alot of luck on what the AI decides to you involving your allies and enemies movements. You'll probably die several times in this area in trying to finish this level. Anyways, the instant the flash goes off you through before crouch walk out into the room and take the left path between the seats, killing any enemies in the way. There will usually be 2 guys actually in the isle, a guy behind the seats in the middle and guys on the left and right side of the doorway (that you have to worry about killing anyways). So thats roughly 6 guys to kill in one clip of ammo (about 5-6 bullets per person). Sometimes they will come in different groups and you can't kill them all because too many guys got clogged up in one isle while flashed. When you kill all these guy stay crouching and walk through the left doorway. Part 3 - Large Seat Room Leading To Upstairs: You've just entered through the left crouching and seats are in front of you. Immediately throw a flash into the middle of the area of enemies, and right after it goes off, stand run and sprint around the seats to behind the brownish area on the left that looks like a small wall or divider and go into prone position next to it. Usually the enemies are all blinded and you can get there easily, but again occassionally someone doesn't and you'll usually die because at this point you have few or no ammo in your gun. When you reach this point you allies will come in and kill everyone in this room, this is when you reload. By the time you are finished reloading, everyone is usually dead and can proceed up the stairs. Part 4 - At the top of the stairs: Turn right as you hit the stairs and a guy will come out of the door, killing him quickly saves you alot of time. Then as you slowly walk up the remaining stairs someone will either run into the same doorway or start shooting at you from in the next room. If he's in the next room shoot through the wall and he should die quickly. Then back up and reload your gun. Your allies will usually go into that room and kill the couple other guys that come in from the right. Usually after this there are 2 or 3 more guys in that next room. 1 is on the right in the hall, and the 1 or 2 others are against the same wall you shot through to kill the guy sticking his gun from out of behind of. Throw your last flash into this next room to blind everyone, go into the left door again and shoot the guy in the hall and then the remaining guys hugging the wall to your right. Then go and pick up the flash grenades on the table in front of you. Part 5 - The Hallway: This is where dreams are broken. Dying here sucks because you were so close. Now you could do several thigns here based on how much time you have left. If you have less then 15 seconds left just throw a flash as far down the hall as you can and make a run for it. If you have more time you can throw a flash into the next room and kill some of the guys before throwing another down the hall, or just reload your gun for the final push. Right as it goes off, start to sprint down the hall. Avoid running into any stunned enemies, for it will slow you down. When you get to the end of the hall, make the left and you'll usually run into 2 or 3 guys. Obviously kill them unless you don't have any time, in which case hope to god they don't shoot you in the back. Part 6 - Hostage Situation: In this situation don't kill the hostage or you have to start again, which is horrible. Since the enemy is taller then the hostage right when it goes to slow motion, take the very top of your gun and have it lined up with the very top of the taller head, and pull the trigger early before the hostage starts to struggle.
