1️⃣ Wake up before sunrise I wake up around 2:45 AM daily and spend an hour in recitation. You don’t need to wake up that early—just before sunrise is enough. Start your day with calmness and gratitude. Morning recitation, prayer, or meditation works wonders for your mind and body. 2️⃣ Morning Exercise Start your day by moving your body—stretch, do yoga, or go for a walk. This boosts your energy, improves digestion, and keeps your body strong and flexible. Morning movement sets a positive tone for the entire day. 3️⃣ Mindful Eating Be aware of what you eat. Ask yourself: will this food nourish my organs or harm them? Eating consciously can prevent many health problems and make your body feel lighter, more energetic, and healthier. 4️⃣ Sleep Early I go to sleep every night between 9:00 – 9:45 PM, no matter what’s happening—functions, weddings, or outings. Early sleep allows early wake-up, improves focus, strengthens immunity, and balances your energy. Take care of yourself — you deserve it! 🙏💛
