God of war Ghost of Sparta God of War: Ghost of Sparta is an action-adventure game developed by Ready at Dawn for the PlayStation Portable and an HD remastered version for the Playstation 3. Chronologically, the game takes place after the Spartan warrior, Kratos, becomes the new God of War, that is, right after the first game in the God of War series. The title shows a little more of the history of the Ghost of Sparta, revealing how he got his red spot on his skin and tells some of the characters adventures right after he became a god.
