This simple Isometric Neck Exercise is a powerful way to build cervical strength and relieve tension without moving your joints. In this video, we focus on Lateral Neck Isometrics: Left Side Press: Place your left hand on the side of your head. The Breath: Inhale as you press your head into your hand (keep your neck perfectly straight!). The Release: Exhale as you slowly release the tension. Repeat: We then switch to the right side to ensure balanced neck muscle activation.
