Subtitles :- -------------- Hey guys, welcome back to NEXTGENBLOGGER and in this video I want to show you how to make smooth slow motion video in Premiere Pro. Now to start off, I've already opened up Premiere Pro and I've also imported a demo video in the timeline. So this is my demo video present right here. Now first, what you need to do is you need to identify and separate the portion in your video where you want to apply the slow motion effect. So let's say I want to apply the slow motion effect from 2 seconds till 4 seconds. In that particular case, move the cursor and place it at 2 seconds. Now select your video and press CTRL-K to make a cut. Next, move the cursor and place it at 4 seconds. Now select your video once again, press CTRL-K to make another cut. Now as you can see, we have successfully separated the portion where we want to apply the slow motion effect. Next, move this particular video portion on the right hand side like this. Now select the portion where you want to apply the slow motion effect, right click and select this option that is 'Speed/ Duration'. Next, look inside the 'Clip speed / duration' dialog box. Inside 'Speed', currently the value is 100. So decrease the value inside the 'Speed' option from 100 to 25. Next, inside 'Time Interpolation', currently 'Frame sampling' is selected. So click on this drop down list and select this option that is 'Optical flow'. Now click on the 'OK' button. Next, click on this empty space and press the 'delete' button. Next, what you need to do is move the cursor and place it right at the start of your video. Now press the letter 'I' to add an in point marker. Now move the cursor and place it right at the end of your video. Now press the letter 'O' to add an out point marker. Next, go to the 'Sequence' menu and select this option that is 'Render In to Out'. Now let's just wait for the rendering to get complete. Alright, so rendering is now complete. And now if I play the video for you, so as you can see, we have successfully created a smooth slow motion effect right here. So this is how you can make a smooth slow motion video in Premiere Pro.
