Hi simmers, in this Sims 4 speed build I'm building a luxury modern penthouse in San Myshuno! The modern build is located in Stargazer Lounge (40x30). This very luxurious and modern penthouse is a project which was developed by me and ‪@sarina_sims‬. I designed the exterior of this luxury penthouse including all the exterior spaces, while Sarina furnished the entire interior!
