Time Warner Cable

Time warner cable scam, this a farce. I decided to go with TWC internet since they offered it a reasonable price. So i asked for their 3rd highest internet possible. Which is 30 mbs up and 5 mbs dwnload. this is my 2 week with using them and i only use 2 devices to use wifi which is my PS3 and laptop. But im having to buffer using Youtube, Hulu. even if i put the stream on lowest setting on these services, 144. So I called support and they said their hours of operation are from 0800-2100hrs. i called at 2015 and got a message saying they were closed. i called again at 2037 sme message and at 2040. So are we saying that you close an hour prior!? Im having Verizon Fios Installed thursday. So long time warner what a waste, no contract with Time Warner. DON NOT USE TIME WARNER FOR ANYTHING. COMPLETE GARBAGE.
