Jhatpat Bhindi: Ingredients: Ladyfingers ½ kg Lemons 2 Chopped green chilies 2 Oil ½ cup Turmeric 1 tsp White cumin 1 tsp Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Salt to taste Method: Wash the lady finger and dry them. Take some oil in the pan, add in lady fingers and keep on stirring. When the water dries, add in 1 tbsp crushed red chili, 1tsp turmeric and 1 tsp white cumin and cook it. Add in lady fingers and 2 lemon juice, 2 chopped green chilies and some salt. Serve hot with parathas.
