This is my habit tracker, where I showcase the habits I am trying to build and use to grow myself for the month of January. Credits: Dominic Hart made the video “I Tracked My Habits for 365 days (what actually changed),” which holds the exact layout that I use in my personal habit tracker. I watch Mortal Chess, who makes chess entertaining for modern day audiences. I got into transcendental meditation through “Every Level of Consciousness” by Aperture, who explained it as the next step after waking consciousness. I follow along Raphael Reiter’s YouTube teachings. “Language has a very dark secret” by Charles Hughes explains how language interrupts our ability to fully experience and be present in ourselves and the moment. The font I am using to practice my handwriting is “Always in my heart,” by Vanessa Bays. “Morning Radio Exercise - The Japanese Way to Start the Day” by Samurai Matcha is what I watch for this habit. Newel of Knowledge for teaching me to talk while going on walks. This is so good for mental clarity! His video is “it’s weird, but it’ll skyrocket your mental clarity overnight…” I’m grateful for all of these people and the knowledge/ideas they’ve shared with the world :)
