What is MERKABA: In ancient times, the Merkaba was called the Chariot of Light – for traveling beyond dimensions, beyond space, beyond time. In simple terms, the Merkaba is an electromagnetic field. This field surrounds a person and moves in a specific pattern. MERKABA synchronizes the conscious, subconscious, and superconscious mind – that is, it brings the personality together. There are no energies or vibrations more powerful than the Merkaba. What is MERKABA? There is an external Merkaba and an internal Merkaba. The external Merkaba is what exists outside of you. This field is 9 meters in each direction. A human being, as an energy being, has a shell 18 meters in diameter. The internal Merkaba is the inner sacred space, which we call the sacred space of the heart. The Merkaba consists of three fields: the mental field, the emotional field, and the physical. To experience yourself as a being of Light, you need to integrate or balance—to bring together the mental field, the emotional and physical fields, the superconscious, the subconscious, and the everyday self. All of this comes together after activating the Merkaba. You can try activating certain aspects of the Merkaba even without training.
