Wes Lee will look to remain NXT North American Champion as he makes his first title defense tonight. Lee goes one-on-one with Carmelo Hayes in the main event of tonight's NXT. If Hayes wins, he'll become a three-time North American Champion. At Halloween Havoc last month, Lee and Hayes were both part of a five-way ladder match for the vacant North American title. Lee defeated Hayes, Oro Mensah, Von Wagner, and Nathan Frazer. Mandy Rose still holds NXT Women's Championship gold after defeating Alba Fyre in a Last Woman Standing match last Tuesday. Former NXT UK wrestler Isla Dawn made her surprise debut during that match, pushing Fyre off a ladder and sending her crashing through the announce table. An appearance by Toxic Attraction (Rose, Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne) is set to kick off tonight's episode. Plus, Wendy Choo vs. Cora Jade and Ivy Nile vs. Kiana James have been announced for tonight. WWE has also teased that tonight is where the mysterious Scrypts will be revealed.
