Snowy walk, Benching outside and Beaded Jumprope 3 1 26

I went for a morning walk with Psypi and Vedet and it started snowing pretty hard at the start we all got snowoed under. 1/3 of the way it stopped and we had a nice walk only the fresh snow was s sticky psypi made big snowballs on hes paws i had to get off him made me think of those ankles weights he was training like goku. Took a nap after my meal and in the evening i took the bench out under a gazebo and did soome shoulder, chest and biceps combined with some ropeflow. I also took my jumprope too and microdosed this for bonebuilding.
