Ingredients: Ingredients for Homemade Granola: Quick-Cooking/ Rolled Oats - 1 Cup Almonds - 2 Tbsp, Chopped (Soaked and peeled) Cashew Nuts - 2 Tbsp, Chopped Any Nuts (Walnuts, Pecan Nuts, etc) - Optional Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 Tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 2 Tsp Salt - A Pinch Vanilla Extract - 1/2 Tsp Honey - 1 Tbsp Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp Ingredients for Parfait Greek Yoghurt - 1/4 Cup Homemade Granola Banana, Apple, Kiwi, Berries, Any Fruits of your choice Walnuts, Any Nuts of your choice Process: 1. Heat a pan over low-medium heat. 2. Add quick-cooking/rolled oats,  and chopped almonds and cashew nuts.  3. Toast for 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool slightly. 4. Combine everything together well. Bring to a simmer, stirring till oatmeal thickens to your desired consistency. 5. Add melted organic palm sugar/ honey/ maple syrup or any sweetener of your choice and sweeten as desired. 6. Take off the heat and transfer to a bowl. 7. Add a layer of natural peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice and swirl on top of the oatmeal. 8.
