Ancient Dragon--Boss Fight--Dark Souls 2 SotFS NG++

This wasnt so bad, of course that could be because I was lvl 260+ at this point. The tactic I used here is by no means the fastest, but I was able to 1-shot the AD. Melee strategies are a bit trickier due the AD's strong physical attack, so going ranged like this is gonna be your best bet. By going ranged, you not only have a wider viewpoint with which to see the AD's tells, but you also limit its possible attacks. The AD is extremely resistant to fire damage (duh ^_^), so employ a strong lightning bow/arrows, or (this is really the better option) go with miracles & the best chime you have. Oh, and bring plenty of fire resistance. Weapon: Lightning Dragon Chime +5 Shield: Dark Tower Shield +10 Helm: Vengarl's +5 Armor, Leggings, & Gloves: Alonne Captain +5 Rings: Southern Ritual Band +2, Flame Quartz Ring +3, Covetous Silver Serpent Ring +2, Royal Soldier Ring +2. Probably could've gone with more of a caster set-up but hey, this works for me.
