Is it wrong or is it just different? If you think somebody's doing something wrong, take a breath. A common early mistake new leaders sometimes make is to assume that everything that's being done differently to how they would do it is being done wrong. But often it's not wrong. It's just unfamiliar. Different team, different culture, different habits. Doesn't mean that they're wrong. Before you start trying to fix those things, take time to understand them. That's the difference between leadership and interference.
