Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, tandoori masala, oil, and salt. Add chicken pieces and coat well. Marinate at least 30 minutes (2–4 hours is best). 2. Cook the Tandoori Chicken Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil. Cook chicken on medium heat until pieces are sealed and slightly charred (about 6–8 minutes). Set aside. 3. Prepare the Pizza Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Place pizza base on a tray. Spread pizza sauce. Add a layer of mozzarella. Spread tandoori chicken pieces evenly. Add sliced onion, capsicum, and corn (optional). Top with more cheese. 4. Bake Bake 10–12 minutes or until cheese melts and edges turn golden. 5. Serve Garnish with fresh coriander or onion rings. Serve hot with mint mayo, garlic dip, or ketchup.
