Peel the potatoes. Cut them into finger sized pieces. Keep sufficient water in a bowl. Put the potatoes in the water add salt and keep it for 10 mins. Drain and wash the potatoes and wipe it with drytowel.Add oil, seasoning and sprinkle cornflour mix well.Preheat the airfryer for about 5 mins at 180°C.And then air fry the potatoes for about 20 mins.Add your favourite seasonings.
