I use the Tool Mod from Twisted Mexi for my Sims 4 builds! You will find hints in the video, in addition, the video says which Tool Mod values I have used. Unfortunately, this mod can only be used on the PC. BUT to download my houses, you must NOT have installed the mod. All objects are downloaded in the same position as you can see in the video. This means that Pc AND console players can use my houses. You only need the same packs of game that I used. In case console players also want to use rotated objects: I'll provide you with new rooms in The Sims 4 gallery from time to time, where you can find rotated and resized objects.
