This is a low-impact fitness routine for Endometriosis patients who have particular soreness in the pelvic region. I use a combined Barre/Pilates/Yoga approach for exercises that are meant to open and strengthen your pelvic area and core. I also highlight a couple of pressure points targeting dull and sharp pelvic pain. *I am not a medical or health professional so PLEASE do these exercises at your own pace and only if your doctor has cleared you to engage in fitness! This is a routine that I personally use so use your best judgement before engaging with the exercises in this video!*
