Add chopped and green peas and capsicum. Cook until soft. Add potatoes and cauliflower and some carrots. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy. Mix in turmeric, red chilli powder,coriander powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt. Cook till oil/butter separates. Add the cooked rice and mix everything well on the tawa, ensuring the rice is coated with masala. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot!
