Krishna's Birth: An Amazing Story | From Mathura to Gokul 🙏✨ Filled with devotion, love, and miracles, this is the story of Lord Krishna's divine birth. When unrighteousness was at its peak and Kansa's tyranny had increased, Mother Earth prayed to the gods. Then Lord Hari promised that he would personally incarnate on earth and protect righteousness. In the city of Mathura, Lord Krishna is born in prison, in the home of Devaki and Vasudeva. Guards, closed doors, and tight security—but as soon as the Lord is born, all the locks open automatically, the guards fall into a deep sleep, and a divine light spreads all around. Vasudeva sets out to cross the Yamuna River, carrying the newborn Krishna in a basket. Heavy rain, thundering clouds, and the surging Yamuna River—but as soon as Vasudeva enters the river, the Yamuna gives way. Sheshnag, the serpent, protects Krishna by spreading his hood. Upon reaching Gokul, Vasudev leaves Krishna at the homes of Nand Baba and Yashoda Maiya and returns to prison with a young girl. When Kansa attempts to kill the girl, she assumes the form of a goddess and warns him, "The one who will kill you has already been born."
