MOPHAR | Better care for mental health issues

Since the start of 2016, the Monitoring Outcomes of Psychiatric PHARmacotherapy (MOPHAR) project is carried out at the outpatient clinics of Mental Health Services Drenthe. In this project, apart from mental symptoms, also physical symptoms and illnesses and medication are monitored in psychiatric patients. MOPHAR consists of two parts: on the one hand it is a new working method designed to improve the standard care for individual clients, and on the other hand it is a research project to find out more about the physical effects of medication and the accompanying care. In this movie, we will explain what MOPHAR is and how it supports nurses, psychiatrists and other mental health care providers in their work.
