Shami Kabab- bakery style #bakerystyle #packinlunchbox #makeandfreeze #keepindawat #pocketfriendlyrecipe #bunkabab #paratharoll #sandwich Ingredients to boil dal and chicken Chana dal 1 large cup Chicken breast 2 Turmeric quarter teaspoon Black pepper 1 teaspoon Garam masala 1 and half teaspoon Chaat masala 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Salt 1 and half teaspoon Ingredients to add after boiling Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 2 green chillies Fresh coriander 2tb sp For frying 1 egg 1 pinch black pepper 1 pinch chaat masala Method Put all the above mentioned ingredients to boil dal and chicken in a cooker and boil till dal and chicken n cooked well. Let the mixture cool down. If water left after cooking use it in gravy of other dishes. Shred chicken and make smooth paste of dal. Add both and mix well. Add red chilli powder, green chillies and fresh coriander. Mix well and keep it for rest at least 15 mins. Make patties and dip in egg and swallow fry. Serve it with ketchup or make bun kabab , paratha roll or sandwich with it. Tip: you can make patties and freeze it for 3 weeks.
