Bodycam Shows Angry Confrontation Between EMT and Police Officer In Ohio

In January 2017, bodycam footage depicts an intense altercation between a police officer and an EMT in Portsmouth, Ohio. When a wounded individual who had been knocked out came to and began panicked, first responders were dealing with the aftermath of a bar brawl. Fearing for the injured man's safety, the cop began tasing him before the medic intervened. The cop then allegedly clashed with the medic and seized him with force.
