Can Sliders Fix FIFA's Career Mode Gameplay?

Sliders are a big deal again this year, mostly because FUT players forced EA to patch the AI to be borderline unplayable. They love to hog the ball, they rarely attack, you can easily see 250 passes with 96% accuracy and zero goals, but with sliders we can make fun gameplay that’s customised to exactly what you want. The problem is, there are so many different sliders and changes you can make this year that it can be kind of overwhelming if you're not too sure what you're doing. In this video, we’re not going to create our own set of sliders. Instead, we’ll look at two of the most popular sets and talk about what each change tries to do. At the end of the video we’ll look into how you can make your own changes to make them fit what you want. So let's begin by looking at the most popular set, which is created by an online forum called Operation Sports. These guys have been making sliders for about 15 games now, so you'd expect they would probably be the best, and usually they are. The sliders are based around trying to make the most realistic version of FIFA possible, but they’re also based on longer matches, usually between 7- and 15-minute halves.
