* WRITTEN PATTERN LISTED BELOW* Chunky Ruffled Brim Hat 1. MC, Ch 1 2. Row 1: Insert 10 HDC into MC. (10) 3. Close circle by inserting hook into 1st the stitch, Yarn over, Pull through. 4. Row 2: Ch 1, Insert 2 HDC into each stitch. Close circle by inserting hook into first stitch, yarn over, pull through. (20) 5. Row 3: Ch 1, Insert 1 HDC into first stitch. Increase into the next stitch. Continue this pattern of 1 HDC, 1HDC Increase for the entire row. Close circle. (26) 6. Row 4: Ch 1, Insert 1 HDC into the next 2 stitches. Increase in the third stitch. Insert 1 HDC into next 2 stitches. Increase in the next stitch. Continue pattern for entire row. Close circle. (32) 7. Row 5: Ch 1, Insert 1 HDC into the next 3 stitches. Increase HDC into the next stitch. Repeat and continue for entire row. close circle. (40) 8. Top of hat should measure 7 inches 9.
