7 Days, 100 Swings Challenge, Day 4 ✅

Today I wasn’t in the mood, bad weather, busy morning prepping for a family day out. But… I did show up and complete it because I had a simple, concise plan and also because I know I never regret a workout. There will always be days when you don’t want to do stuff but they’re the days you need to dig deep and show up. Make sure you ‘Have a Plan’ - It’s much easier to stick to something when you have something to follow. Don’t over complicate things, just keep it simple. Build Habits - we are what we do repetitively. Focus on Improving your daily habits bit by bit, that will help you improve the quality of your life in the long run. Accountability - have someone who will support you and be in your corner when you most need it. A Supportive partner- family member or a coach would help you to stay on track.
