Kadhi or karhi is a dish originating from the Rajasthan. It consists of a thick gravy based on gram flour, and contains vegetable fritters called pakoras, to which dahi (yogurt) is added to give it a bit of sour taste. It is often eaten with cooked rice or roti. Pakodi : 250gm besan 1 pinch baking soda 1 pinch turmeric powder salt as per taste Slices onion (optional) Kadhi : 500gm curd 50gm besan 1 tspn ginger 1 tspn garlic 1.5 tspn coriander powder 3/4 tspn cumin powder 1/4 tspn garam masala 1 tspn red chilli powder 1/2 tspn turmeric powder salt as per taste curry leasves 7-8 1 tspn cumin 2 tbspn oil coriander leaves Tips & Tricks : 1. Blend curd and besan with no lumps 2. Keep the Kadhi stirring till it boils. 3.
