New Year's Day Meal Prep

It's Dec 30, and my New Year's Day dinner prep is starting with 2 of my favorite dishes to make at home- sourdough bread and bean soup. I just fed the starter...it has been a while since I used it, so I may need to feed it again in the morning, and bean soup which will use the Christmas ham bone and leftover scraps.
