Today I am grilling chicken thighs inside of the new Blackstone Pizza oven. In an effort to keep my stone free of grease I use a set of GrillGrates on top of a pizza pan. My final dish will be a noodle PHO soup so the chicken thighs do not need to be completely cooked at this time.
