Ingredients 1 pound brussels sprouts 2 tbsp avocado oil 2 tbsp butter 200 g mushrooms, sliced 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream Salt Black pepper Instructions 1. In a baking pan, add Brussels sprouts sprinkle with salt and avocado oil. Bake for 25 minutes at 400F. 2. In a large skillet, melt butter, add mushrooms and salt, and cook for about 10 minutes. 3. Add onion and garlic, and fry for 5 minutes. 4. Stir in Brussels sprouts, heavy cream, salt and black pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
