Ab inhe garam paani mein 5 minute ke liye blanch kar dijiye. Uske baad turant chilled water mein daal dein, taaki palak ka green colour bana rahe. Ab saara paani achhe se squeeze kar lijiye aur palak ko grind karke smooth puree bana lein. Step 2: Masala Preparation Ab ek kadhai mein oil garam karein. Usme jeera daalein aur crackle hone dein. Phir finely chopped onion daal kar halka brownish colour aane tak fry karein. Ab green chilli daal kar sauté karein. Iske baad ginger-garlic paste daalein aur thoda sa paani add karein, taaki masala jale na. Step 3: Spices Add Karein Ab isme haldi powder, red chilli powder, aur coriander powder daal kar achhe se bhunein. Phir namak daal kar mix karein. Ab chopped tomatoes daalein aur masale ko tab tak bhunein jab tak oil separate na ho jaye. Step 4: Palak & Paneer Masala bhun jaane ke baad garam masala daalein. Ab palak puree add karein aur halka sa bhunein. Thoda sa paani add karein taaki gravy smooth rahe. Jab gravy achhe se pak jaaye, tab paneer cubes daalein. Paneer ko soft hone tak gently stir karein.
