Ingredients: Cookie - 1/2 cup melted butter (browned) 1/4 cup Powdered white sugar 1/3 cup Powdered brown sugar 1 tsp Vanilla essence 1 cup All purpose flour 2 - 3 tbsp Milk 1/4 tsp Baking soda 1/3 - 1/2 cup Chopped chocolate chunks & chips Brownie - 1/3 cup melted butter 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate 1/3 cup Condensed milk 1/4 cup Powdered sugar 1/2 cup All purpose flour 1/4 cup Cocoa powder 1/2 tbsp Cornflour/Cornstarch 1 tbsp Milk 1/16 tsp baking soda (a small pinch only or you can even skip it) 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence Method: In a bowl add brown butter (melt regular butter until it turns brown giving a nutty aroma), both sugar and vanilla essence and whisk well. Now add in flour, baking soda, chopped chocolate chunks & chips and form a dough like consistency. Let it set in the fridge. Now for the brownie whisk together, butter, chocolate, condensed milk and sugar until smooth. Then add in flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda, vanilla essence and milk (only if needed) and whisk well to form a batter (brownie batter shouldn’t be too runny). In a lined baking tin layer half the brownie batter then add in cookie layer then again brownie and cookie and top it with some chopped chocolate chunks & chips.
