We hope you and your loved ones enjoy a safe and relaxing holiday weekend. We have so much to be grateful for in our community! A quick reminder that non-emergency city offices will be closed Thursday and Friday. Trash and recycling collection will not occur on Thanksgiving Day and will be delayed one day for Thursday and Friday routes. 2️⃣ Turkey Trot Another reminder to kick off your Thanksgiving morning with the 18th Annual Michael Treinen Foundation Turkey Trot! Join the community downtown tomorrow, November 27, at 9 a.m. for a 5k run or 3k family walk. Proceeds support Riley Children’s Hospital. The Mayor’s Youth Council will also be volunteering at the registration table collecting canned goods to give back to the Noblesville Fire Department’s Food & Toy drive, so bring your canned goods to the starting line. 3️⃣ Small Business Saturday This Saturday, November 29, celebrate Small Business Saturday by exploring the charm of our downtown shops, boutiques, and restaurants as well as small businesses across the community. Enjoy special deals, discover new favorites, and support the local businesses that are the heartbeat of Noblesville. For every $100 spent at a local business, $68 stays in the community. Shop small all season long! 4️⃣ Hamilton County Lighting of the Square Join Santa and the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce for the free Lighting of the Square on Saturday, November 29. Festivities begin at 6 p.m. inside the Judicial Center with performances by local musicians, dancers, and choirs. Then bundle up, head outside for hot cocoa, and watch the Square light up at approximately 7:15 p.m. 5️⃣ Noblesville Boom vs. Wisconsin Herd Cheer on the Noblesville Boom, The Pacers G League affiliate, as they take on the Wisconsin Herd on Sunday, November 30, at 3 p.m. at The Arena at Innovation Mile. This a great opportunity to check out the arena, see Noblesville’s team in action, and enjoy NBA-level talent including Indiana Hoosier Victor Oladipo in action for the Herd.
