The Imperial Hotel has been owned by the Mobbs family since 1933. Nick Mobbs, who now runs the hotel, says he has noticed dramatic changes in the tourism industry over the last couple of decades. Most prominently - tourists expect more out of their stay.They want at least what they have at home, Mobbs says.
