My head is still fuzzy as I write this in the quarantine facility. I woke up at 3 AM for the plane, and everything after was a blur. Here I am at the hotel 17 hours later (I’ve made it!). I must say, it was a long start to the week, so I think this cover of Brahms’ Lullaby is very fitting. Enjoy! I was so relieved after all the filming and editing – I didn’t know if I was able to get a quiet space to record for quarantine. It’s also my first time playing around with different angles in one video and I’m quite satisfied with the way it turned out. I think the different angles also help boost the visuals, especially since this video is longer than my previous covers. Let me know what you think of it! ❦ Tabs: Tabs are originally from Kalimba Lovers Hanoi as a tablature. For my video, I’ve converted it to numbered notations for a more beginner-friendly kalimba tutorial! The figures inside the brackets ( ) are meant to be played simultaneously. ❦ Kalimba: Gecko K17CAP (Camphor wood) ❦ Tuning: B-tone.
