Then cover it with a clean wrap and keep the dough in the fridge for some time. For Momos Red Chutney, take some Whole Kashmiri Red Chilies and soak them in water for 1-2 hours. Take a mixer jar, put the soaked Kashmiri Red Chilies, chopped Tomatoes and some Garlic in it, and grind them. Take a pan, put some Oil, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, and the red paste in it by filtering it with a strainer. Then put some Water, Salt, Sugar, Ajinomoto Powder, and some Maggi Masala in it and cook it on slow flame. In this way, Red Spicy Momos Chutney will get ready. For Mayonnaise, take a mixer jar, put some Milk, Boiled Potatoes, Salt, Sugar, Ajinomoto Powder, and Fresh Milk Cream in it and churn it. In this way, very Tasty and Creamy Street Style Mayonnaise will get ready. For Filling, take a bowl, put some finely chopped Cabbage, grated Carrot, chopped Spring Onion, Capsicum, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilies, Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper Powder and some Oil in it. Mix them all then cover it and keep it aside for 10-15 mins. Then put the filling in a cotton cloth and squeeze it and take out the excess water from it. For Momos, make some small dough balls and roll them thinly. Then put the filling in the center and fold it and give it shape. In this way, make ready all the Momos. You can also add grated Cottage Cheese in the filling and make Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Momos also. In a pan, put some Water for boiling, keep a strainer plate on it and grease it with Oil. Put the ready Momos on the plate then cover it and give them steam for 12-15 mins. Then serve the Street Style Veg Momos with homemade Creamy Mayonnaise and Red Spicy Chutney.
