Well, it just gives Siri the whole chatter while you get on with your life. How to activate it: Go to Settings - Apps - Phone. Go to "Filter calls from unknown numbers." Select "Request reason for call." Note: If you activate "Silent" mode, unknown calls go directly to voicemail with no way to see who it's from.
