Warzone 2.0 | RTX 4090 and i9 13900K | 1440P Custom High and Lowest Settings

This thing was a stutter fest. Felt like I was playing on a bad 6900 XT driver. Gotta figure out if it's the 4090 or 13900K because even though the FPS was significantly lower, my 3090 Ti and 7950X build was way more smooth.
