The minibands are used to determine the distance and allow variable variation of the distances or the number of repetitions. Thus, exercises can be performed just like with an agility ladder. Place your hands outside next to the bands and move into a plank position. Your legs should be hip-width apart. 2) Now move your hand into the first field and at the same time take your foot one field further on the same side. Move your weight into the first field and then do the same with your other side’s hand and leg. 3) Repeat this movement until you reach the end.
